Auguste’s Spirit

At Auguste, we only work with raw, fresh produce, which we carefully select from our network of suppliers and producers.

Whether it’s our cheese producers for our Savoyard specialities (Fondue Savoyarde, Poultry au gratin with Reblochon…), our butchers and their magnificent meats (Entrecôte au romarin, paleron confit, leg of lamb, homemade terrine…) our fishmongers with their catch of the day (Lavaret du Lac du Bourget, Pike-perch, Sea bream, Red tuna…) or our winegrowers (some 150 references tasted and selected with passion).

Our menu changes regularly, but every day we offer suggestions based on the market.

We cook all our dishes on site, in our restaurant, and we strive to showcase the technical and creative skills of our teams, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. Our recipes are inspired by gourmet family dishes that we love to cook.
For us, home cooking is also a guarantee of conviviality.

Our traditional cuisine is inspired by our rich culinary heritage, and we constantly strive to offer authentic flavours and textures in every dish we serve.ns.

As a home-cooked restaurant, we pride ourselves on preparing everything from scratch, using time-honoured techniques and family recipes handed down from generation to generation.

Our menu is carefully designed to bring out the best in seasonal produce, focusing on the natural flavours and textures of each ingredient. From hearty stews and slow-cooked roasts to delicate soups and crisp salads, our dishes are designed to satisfy and delight even the most discerning palates.

Savoyard specialities

Even though our chef is Italian, he’s been based in Savoie for a long time and has learnt to cook the local cuisine we love!

As a result, he has mastered the art of Savoyard fondue using local produce.

So you can enjoy a fondue every day of the year, because let’s face it, there’s no season for a good fondue…

La Pasta

We told you, Marco is Italian! So it’s hardly surprising that he knows how to make and cook pasta, in all its forms, from the best-known like Carbonara (the real thing, without cream), to recipes from his childhood that he’ll be delighted to share with you.
